Does the sheet use electricity?
No. It connects only to the earth pin of a correctly wired outlet. It does not connect to the live electrical supply and has no powered parts.
Why do I need the socket tester?
The included tester confirms that your outlet has a functioning ground connection before you connect the sheet.
Where does the sheet go?
Lay the light-grey flat sheet across the mattress, then place your usual sheet over it if preferred. It has no elastic and is designed to sit beneath normal bedding.
Does my skin need to touch it?
Direct skin contact offers the clearest conductive path. Close contact through a thin, natural-fibre sheet may also be used.
How do I wash it?
Cold machine wash. Disconnect the cord before washing and avoid products that may coat the conductive fibres.
