Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying a grounding sheet. If the product is defective, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition for returns

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or washed sheets.

How to return

Email support@groundingheart.com with your order number. We will send you a return label. Once we receive the item, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Unused items in original packaging may be exchanged for a different size. Contact us to arrange the swap.

Faulty items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Washed or used sheets
• Items damaged through misuse or improper care
• Final-sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
